'Ach'
Hypertext Markup Language (HTML)
Ach has been repping the hash since the dawn of the web. Back when the Internet still made dial-up sounds, he was using it to define colors, jump to anchor tags, and keep documents clickable. Change one his carefully placed hashes and he'll break you.
'CeeDub'
Cascading Style Sheets (CSS)
Cee-Dub’s been styling with the hash since day one. Like his partner, he uses it to target IDs with surgical precision. If he can’t find the right element because the hash is missing—or misused—he doesn’t just lose his cool, he breaks everything in sight.
The Socials
'Iggy'
Iggy doesn’t use hashtags—he defines them. He turned the pound sign into a pipeline for trends, thirst traps, activism, and avocado toast aesthetics.

'The Twixxer'
X (formerly Twitter)
Twixxer spits hashtags like hot takes — fast, savage, and usually misspelled on purpose. To him, the hash isn’t a symbol, it’s a signal. A trigger for chaos. A shortcut to virality. He doesn’t follow rules. He defines trends.

The Hash Off tee shirt is a limited-time only promotion that is an important component to the games. Everyone can play all of the games for free, but those that confirm purchase of the tee shirt give their team a major boost, winning points at FIVE TIMES the rate of a regular player.
Even more importantly, though, the tee shirt design has hidden clues, messages, and extra hints hidden in it that can double, triple or even quadruple the points you earn for your team!

The Hash Off Games
The Hash Of takes place in five rounds, each round taking a day to complete. Players support their teams by playing the games and earning points by completing puzzles. There's no limit on how many times you play the games each day, and playing is always free, no membership required!
For players who want to do even more for their team, there is a free membership that doubles all points earned by the players. This can have a significant impact on the results of the games.
And then there's the folks who purchase the tee shirt and confirm their purchase. They not only get the free membership, but all of their points are scored at FIVE TIMES the rate of an average free player. Even more, the tee shirt has secret unlocks available only to those who purchase them that can add multipliers to ALL OF THEIR TEAM POINTS!
All games are played on the 3 by 3 game board to the left, but each game is different for each team. Those who support the DOMinators will be trying to solve one challenge, while those who support the Socials will be solving a completely different challenge. The games are deceptively simple, but mastering them and scoring points gets harder each round.
Round 1 will start July 2025.

What's the Point?
The Hash Off is about proving that ideas — not companies, ads, or algorithms — still have the power to bring people together.
So, the point is to have fun! Chat up your side, argue and holler, but remember this: The DOMinators and Socials will be back next time, no matter who wins.
This is a story you have to fight for.
It's a battle of creativity, community, and culture, disguised as a wrestling match over who owns the meaning of the hash symbol (#).
By playing, you're not just picking a side — you're helping show that a simple idea, carried on a shirt and passed from person to person, can start something bigger than any one platform.
This is about reclaiming the web as something weird, wild, and ours.
And the choices YOU make by playing the game affect the story we are telling about this match.
A Story YOU Help Tell
Each morning, the story of what happened in the previous day's Round will be update. . The choices made by YOU, the players, help decide how that story is told.
When you play, your choices don’t disappear into a scoreboard — they shape what happens next.
The DOMinators might land a brutal counterattack… or the Sōshes might spin the script their way — all depending on what you and your team did.
The results won't just be numbers. They'll show up in the world of Weird Worldwide Wrestling as part of the ongoing saga — surprising, ridiculous, and maybe even a little Mad Libs-style, depending on how the crowd moves the match.
Victory isn’t just about winning. It’s about rewriting the story — one round at a time.
A Grudge Match with Five Rounds
The Hash Off takes place over five days, beginning Memorial Day, May 26, 2025. Each day of that week, Monday through Friday, will be counted as one Round in the grudge match between The DOMinators and the Socials.
Players do not need to play in every Round, but the more people who support their side score more points for their teams.
There is no limit to the number of times a player can play any game. Only their highest score is counted for the round.
The Team with the Most Points Wins
On Saturday morning, May 31, 2025, the final point totals for each side will be announced and the winning team will be given ownership of the Hash Symbol.
Points are scored by players as they play the games each Round. Only each player's highest scores count toward the daily total of points scored.
Players who have signed up for a free membership score double points on all game results.
Members who have also purchased the tee shirt, and confirmed the purchase, score FIVE TIMES the number of points on all game results.

The details of the games will be released the weekend before The Hash Off begins, but one detail is clear now — the game board will be the hash symbol.
